| Training Methodology |
| The training institute annually calls for training requirements from all the Divisions and sections of SLPA. Based on the training needs forwarded by the divisions and sections of Authority and the other user organizations the training staff develop and deliver training courses and arrange Workshops Seminars with the recourse personnel drawn from the line departments and also from outside organizations on specialist subjects. |
